Ah, the word of superfoods! Just as you think you know what’s good for you and how to hack your health and performance, ‘they’ discover anther ancient root that you just have to work into your diet somehow.

As you may or may not know, one of my newer little businesses is a coffee shop called Ringside Cafe. Give us a follow on IG and Facebook

One of the things that we do really well at Ringside, besides the best coffee in Cape Town provided by Mischu’s Isabella Blend is really good homebaked banting and LCHF offerings!

And over the next few weeks I will be sharing some of my best recipes with you!

There are plenty of great superfood smoothie and shake recipes our there, but you are looking for something a little substantial and another option besides eggs for breakfast-and dare I say, ‘bready’, then this Superfood LCHF breakfast square is for you!

literally, chuck all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly

pour into a well greased mini squares baking tray
